Unto the fair Populace of Lochac does Niáll and Sabine send this missive of fond farewell.

Today has seen Our Heirs, Theuderic and Engelin elevated to their Proper Place as Rightful King and Queen of Lochac.

We are extraordinarily honoured to have been able to serve the Kingdom over the last half a year and are confident that Our Successors will be a boon to this, our Great Kingdom.

We wish to thank our Royal Household for their hard work and support throughout our reign – but more particularly we wish to thank them for their friendship, their time and their good company.

Thank you also to the various Kingdom Officers, event stewards and administrators who work so closely with the Crown to assisted us in performing our sworn duties. We also would thank the various Orders of Peerage for their excellent counsel – your advice and support was much appreciated, and enabled us to recognise many fine gentles throughout the Kingdom.

Thank you too, to the friendly and welcoming Populace who attended events with us over the last six months – it has been our honour and privilege to serve you as your King and Queen. The memories we have created together will definitely stay with us.

Tournament of the Rising Razorback – Ynys Fawr

Unto the mighty and magnificent populace of Lochac does King Niáll and Queen Sabine send fond greetings.

We send you this missive from Our delightful southern Barony of Ynys Fawr, where this weekend We have had the pleasure of enjoying excellent company and very fine hospitality. It was also Our very particular honour to admit Sir Guillame d’Oze to the Order of the Pelican, as well as seeing many fine local gentles recognised for their various skills and services.

Thank you, Ynys Fawr for a truly marvellous weekend. Our congratulations to Sir Oze and the stewards and cooks of the Tournament of the Rising Razorback, and their teams.

Rowany Yule

Unto the fair and fabulous populace of Lochac does King Niáll and Queen Sabine send warm greetings.

Today saw Us travel to the Barony of Rowany for their traditional Yule event, where We were met by friends both old and new, and spent an afternoon of games and singing and pageantry.

It was Our very great honour to be able to announce in Court that the next Baron and Baroness of Southron Gaard will be Master Grim of Thornby and Baroness Alexandra de Santiago. We wish them the very best in this demanding new role they are undertaking, and have every confidence they will be successful, surrounded by such generous and supportive peoples as comprises Our Barony of Southron Gaard.

Further, We are very pleased to have been able to announce that Ynys Fawr will be hosting Twelfth Night in January 2021 and We look forward to seeing such a traditionally hot summer event in hopeful cooler climes (formal announcements to follow by the Kingdom Events Deputy).

Today, however, Our greatest honour was held for His Grace, Duke Kinggiyadai Ba’atur (Gavin Gui) who it was Our great privilege to see made a Master of the Pelican*. Good work and extremely well done that man!

Thank you again Rowany, for your fine hospitality We did very much enjoy Our brief sojourn to your fine but somewhat Smokey lands.

Fields of Gold – Politarchopolis

Unto the decidedly dedicated Populace of Lochac does King Niáll and Queen Sabine send fond greetings.

Like many of your good selves, We have just returned from the highlight of the Politarchopolis calendar – Fields of Gold. Where We enjoyed a fabulous weekend complete with water dragons and ominous night skies. Conditions were somewhat trying, but all who braved them were rewarded with much learning, fighting and feasting. It was Our most genuine pleasure to have had the opportunity to recognise so many of Our Populace for their talents, skills and services, and We thank all those in attendance for their patience as We had much Court Business to conduct!

It was also Our very great Honour to see Aonghus mac Griogair mhic Raghniall recognised as the 50th Knight of Our Kingdom upon his admittance to the Order of Chivalry. The weekend also saw Their Excellencies, the Honourable Ladies, Baronesses Alessia du Cheval Blanc and Honouré Corbault admitted to the right noble Order of the Pelican for their years of dedication and service, and Her Excellency, The Honourable Christine Bess Duvant was recognised as a Mistress of the Order of the Laurel for her outstanding pursuits in clothing and costuming.

We thanks all the stewards and their diligent and meticulously hard working teams for creating such a wonderful and memorable Fields of Gold. We look forward to Rowany Yule shortly then onwards to Ynys Fawr for the Tournament of the Rizing Razorback!

Rekkrthing – Aneala

Unto the lovely and most lively populace of Lochac do King Niáll and Queen Sabine send exhausted but exhilarated greetings!

This weekend saw Us travel to Rekkrthing in the wonderful Barony of Aneala to visit with the committed and devoted gentles of Our western shores, where We were met with such glorious greetings and magnificent hospitality. We greatly enjoyed the Bear Pit tournament, where many an intrepid and gallant fighter attempted to fight for honour and glory and assured entrance to the halls of Valhalla!

Along with wonderfully entertaining feats on the field, there were also games and a marvellous feast that followed filled with delights for the plate and fabulous entertainment. Our congratulations and very great thanks to the steward, Lokki Rekkr and his very hard-working and accomplished team, who created such a tremendous occasion and made Us all feel so very welcome. Huzzah!

It was Our honour and privilege to visit with you all and We both hope it will not be too long before We may venture west to meet with you all again.
