Greetings unto the glorious Populace of Lochac! We hope this missive finds Our dear and loyal friends in good health and of good cheer.
We wish to thank the hardworking and industrious event and feast Stewards, and their teams, who provided such wonderful hospitality for Us at Cold War and the St Florian Baronial last weekend.
Cold War certainly lives up to its name with very cold weather spreading across Our lands from the south! Yet friendly faces and warm company, combined with worthy foes and lively scenarios ensured a good time was enjoyed by all.
The St Florian Baronial saw many worthy gentles appointed to stand as Champions and Guards to the Baron and Baroness of St Florian, and it was Our very great pleasure to extend an invitation to Duke Sir Alaric to join the Order of the Pelican. Duke Alaric (Stephen Parsons) will be admitted to the Order at St Florian’s annual Bottony Cross heraldic melee event in October, and We are very much looking forward to acknowledging Alaric’s decades of dedicated service to the Society.
Yours in Service to Lochac,
Niáll & Sabine
