Struggled to get the petrol cap off. Nothing strange there.
Filled up with fuel and nearly spilled some on my shoes. Nothing strange there.
Waited for eejit in front of me to get a personalized tax invoice . Nothing strange there.
Paid with my visa…. again… Nothing out of the ordinary here.
But then I got handed my receipt….
Holy snappin’ duck shit! How bloody rude is that! $1.139c per litre.
The sign out the front says $1.13/litre, the price on the actual bowser says $1.13/litre… so where do they get off charging nearly a full cent extra without it being the advertised price? Is this even legal? And how long has this been happening and I haven’t noticed it cos I’m a slack tart when it comes to keeping or reading my receipts!
